LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated · 23 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Kiauth's apps, SDKs, APIs, and websites. By using Kiauth, you agree to them.
Draft — pending legal review
This is a working draft for product reference and is not yet a binding legal agreement. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
The service
Kiauth provides passwordless identity verification and consent management for people and AI agents. We act as an authorization layer between you and the services you connect to — we do not control those services or their content.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your device secure.
- You are responsible for connections and agent grants you approve.
- You may revoke any connection or agent, and close your account, at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kiauth to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass our security controls.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent an agent's authority.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
Developers
If you integrate Kiauth, you must handle user data lawfully, honor revocations promptly, and use scoped tokens only for their granted purpose. API keys and secrets are yours to protect.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiauth disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: legal@kiauth.com.
